Essentially with this deck, you'll be swarming the board and populating your graveyard, with both working in tandem to let you special summon game-ending cards and boost your attack
Why exactly this mechanic didn't get the success that it possibly could've is a bit harder to figure out, but it could be because most people just simply didn't care when there's so few cards that use it, and none of which being particularly powerful enough to leave a mark on the game

X in any grass type Pokemon deck just for its Poke-Power, because with Big Growth every Pokemon you have will seem like it has 40 or more hp to it, and since grass Pokemon usually have higher hp's than other Pokemon, one powerful grass Pokemon with a high hp should last quite awhile with Tangrowth Lv
