There's a case to be made that Glissa, The Traitor belongs on the list, but the current build is really a finely tuned Necrotic Ooze/Hermit Druid-combo deck that could easily be seen in Teneb, The Harvester or any other G/B/u/r/w build

It gives cascade to spells cast from the hand (similar to Yidris, Maelstrom Wielder), but only so long as enough damage has been dealt to opponents this turn

He can equip one equipment you control when he is played

This card leaves quite a lot to be desired though

Sorcery speed, an extra blue mana, two cards less seen, which usually results in one card less overall
