The thing with Monger is it is all a bit unnecessary, you can do a lot more than make a serious threat for five mana, even if the threat isn't quite as beastly you are also getting something else done

No deck is perfect, so I am totally open to criticism

You could play Angelic Gift instead (or in addition to), but when your creatures are as big as yours get with this deck, trample is just a better ability than flying
