Perhaps going heavier Blue would have been better, as it seems to be the only color that allows you to draw cards reliably (along with Black)
It doesn't copy whether that enchantment is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or any Auras attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its types, color, or so on
And if you go wide with allies, General Tazri is a good choice for an ally commander, too
