This rule would also still apply to any new cards that would complete any of the cycles that have yet to be completed as well such as if Wizards were to ever complete the cycles for (Crosis's Catacombs), (Grove of the Burnwillows), (Nimbus Maze), (Wildfield Borderpost), etc
Or I was having trouble against a Wigglytuff deck, so I tossed some Energy Removal in there, because Wigglytuff isnt anywhere near as good without their Double Colorless Energy
Just like many other trading card games, or TCGs, before (and since!) it was released, the One Piece Card Game has a color system, which is primarily used to dictate which cards are allowed in each players deck
Once youve built out your deck its time to start customizing it with specific cards to give you an edge over your competitors
Plenty of options here, so many that you might not even need rares to get the job done
