Creatures that enter the battlefield or become creatures later in the turn won't get -1/-1 unless the delayed triggered ability triggers and resolves again later

Expansion: What specific expansion you want to search through, whether to reduce the number of wrong results if you know what set the card was printed in, or if you want to find a specific reprint

But in general, I would encourage you to be greedier here than you would be in other sets, so long as you have your solid core of early blockers to stall the board
