It produces mana when it comes down unlike a Signet and even in a mono-color deck, it can provide extra mana as you curve out without having to feed mana into it or have it come in tapped

It doesnt look too exciting compared to other options, but I foresee this Room being one of the most-played in Commander when the dust settles

Are they more powerful than most of Magics dual lands
