Splitting the sets is a fun novelty, and giving every Pokmon a special card is a great idea, but with pull rates like the ones I've just experienced again, it's really hard to recommend spending your hard-earned money on it

(6/10/2022) If a card refers to a commander creature you own, a Background won't usually be counted or included for that effect

This will include any new card to your collection, and not just the first copythough you will not see a New tag for copies you receive beyond a playset
