To me this is a pretty average stage 1 Pokemon card, I like how most of the energy cards required to attack are colorless energy type cards so if you have this card in a dual type deck it will be easier to attack, I also like the artwork on this card, even though this card is an uncommon card I like how it looks holographic, it reminds me of the holos from the old school sets like Jungle, Base, and Fossil

It sets the fur alight and spews fiery attacks, which change based on how it coughs

However, if you're grading a card from your childhood collection simply for sentimental reasons and have no plans to sell, the cost and wait might not be as justifiable
