The scapegoat for destruction is also a madness effect, and if Izumi exists, he will be chained to Hazasa and Raist with a Runick Quick-Play Spell, and he will become a scapegoat for destruction, leaving immediately and attacking later
I think the answer is yes but mostly for fun
This is an amazing way of making your hand as perfect as possible, allowing you to effectively pick and choose which cards you want
This card has a high hp so it will allow you to set up your benched Pokemon for awhile if you get Lunatone into the active Pokemon spot to start the game, and if you use Double Draw the first turn and Moonblast after that, you will have the potential to get evolution cards or energy cards you need with its first move and be able to do damage to the defending Pokemon with Lunatone's second move
Usually those spells reanimate everything (which includes your opponents' dead creatures), which isn't always great for you
