My conditions for success here are as follows: dominant deck runs 4 copies or 2-3 consistent decks run 2-3 copies and format stays slow enough for a do nothing 4-drop to matter Im also only 75% sure this isnt playable in Modern or Legacy, since funny ways to donate it to opponents might be found

Then, participants will build a deck with any of the cards from their Prerelease Pack, including their promo, and compete in three Swiss rounds

The card's ultimate ability is very strong, but it will take you three whole turns to get there, unless you employ some sort of counter accelerator
