Since been widely distributed in the West Midlands by Bulmers

then after Christmas becomes set enough to eat

Pale green yellow with some dark green patches

Pale golden fruit with light russeting and orange/red flesh

Burgundy Size:Quince A One of the oldest recordedA Welsh perry pear from Monmouthshire. Round conical fruit, a likely sport of Blakeney Red, although larger with a different flavour. Sports are naturally occurring mutations that can give rise to a new variety. Green with red flush in the sun, some russet. Flowers mid April.
