原本是酒莊第二代的Edmond Moussé為了利用壓榨後的葡萄，進行蒸餾後，釀造供自家飲用的加烈酒。酒質經後代將之不斷昇華，其後他的兒子Jean-Marc和他的孫子Cédric，成為酒莊正式酒款之一。
