High Noon Ive been hoping to see a card with this effect that can sacrifice itself for years now, but I definitely wasnt expecting it to cost only two mana when it finally showed up

When my opponent casts this against me I expect things to get really awful for me the following turn

Things get a lot more interesting if you have Auras / Equipment that can be purposefully sacrificed and brought back by her ability, but I can't think of any because I'm distracted by her absurdly large wings which would be a huge liability for anyone doing work in a cramped engine room

Transmogrifying Wand is most commonly found in the sideboard of Mono Blue tempo as a way to deal with the whole Izzet Drakes deck

It works well with Colress Machine, and with Deoxys and Lugias (well get to him later) attacks needing Plasma Energy, it is a must
