Greed is $55 with a $30 buylist which is a big spread, Fervor is $18 with a $10 buylist which is a bigger spread but also a lower one, Spellbook is $45 with a $30 buylist and Memory Lapse is $11 with a $5 buylist
The primary win condition is to win through combat, card advantage, or with the alternate win condition on Promising Stairs
It's got enough power behind it to really drive a deck's strategy, but it just isn't efficient or powerful enough on its own to power through cEDH
Im specifically looking at blue color identity , so cards with other mana pips in their rules text are disqualified
Of course, time will only tell how much of an impact it will truly have on the Commander format, but I think its safe to say that many of the cards mentioned above have a bright future ahead, and not just in Commander
