26 公頃。土壤以沙質與石灰岩為主，因此香氣優雅迷人，酒體較為輕巧。Jasper Morris的Inside Burgundy中也將Bitouzet-Prieur列為本塊一級園的頭號代表酒莊。保紅色漿果為主的酒莊風格，更明顯的紅櫻桃印象，單寧感也更為柔和，展現出極為甜美多汁爽脆的誘人風味。
