Vines are grown using organic and biodynamic principles on a mixture of limestone and clay soils. No additional sulphites are used and the wines are unfiltered. This is a bright, velvety, easy drinking blend of Merlot and Malbec with a dash of Cabernet Franc. You'll find aromas of plums, red cherries and sweet spices
