Id understand mulliganing this hand for more action, but Id probably just keep it, because the ability to quickly cast anything in the deck is always strong
I'd suggest minimizing it so that it's just Normal summon and/or Special Summon, so that your opponent can still set and Flip Summon monsters without having counters on them, giving them the minimal room of what's left of them trying to survive
Neo Destiny is packed with plenty of Dark Pokemon to choose from, so this won't be the only entry from that iconic set
