MPC expects a certain amount of boarder to allow for inconsistencies in where exactly the card will be cut

At least in Commander he'll be restricted by only playing one of each of those lands, but you can also rely on getting Jodah out on turn four and keeping him out, so I suspect it's a wash, basically

While youll need some decent card draw to keep up with this effect, even managing this once for every player in a four-player game can have you on five mana on turn two
