To make it we take our US1 Kentucky Straight Rye at barrel strength and then age it for an additional period in a second custom barrel

Used in tinctures and tonics of eras gone by, the Damask Rose, know as the Apothecary Rose, is subtle in fragrance and naturally floral in flavor; producing a romantic companion to our perfectly distilled Gin. A lovely golden gin with aromas of rose and hints of juniper.
