Folding Hill Orchard Block Pinot Noir 2021 Producer_Cantina di Gambellara Ripe red cherry and raspberryFolding Hill only make 75 cases of their top cuvee, the Orchard Block. The wines are really pure, unfiltered and unfined. Dark and brooding for a Pinot, with out being over extracted or over the top. A lovely spread of plum, black cherry, cranberry and kirsch flavours, underpinned by delicious spice notes. Sweet, ripe and highly concentrated, with well integrated toasty oak. There's also some firm tannins giving a nice structure to the vibrant fruit.
