Rye & Spire begins with a mash bill of 95% rye, 5% malted barley, and is aged in charred American White Oak barrels. We strictly follow the tradition of distillation and aging to the letter. To enhance the flavors, we add a twist of an American Oak spire, seasoned and toasted, which brings out deep, bold flavors, with hints of licorice, cinnamon, and butterscotch.
