Rounded shrub slowly to 8 to 10 ft. Shreddy bark with 4 to 5 inch leaves divided into several jade blue leaflets. Yellow clusters of flowers in abundance from late winter to mid spring contrast nicely with the leaf color. Pinky blue clusters of berries follow.
