While it's difficult to appreciate the level of nuance in this scene through a screen, in person, this card stands out as one of the most breathtaking examples of Giratina's shadowy personality
Due to this lack of participation I've found that on the rare occasion I do get to draft, I have a decent amount of anxiety about holding up the flow, picking poor cards in haste, or simply not being able to distinguish what cards are good in draft versus cards that would do well in a constructed deck
However, you can't attack anything other than yourself, and if you use the effect, the damage will be half, and the damage race is low for its size
