A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Mendocino's historic Hawkeye Ranch, with Pinot Gris from Heringer Estate in Clarksburg. The Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris were fermented on the skins for two weeks, the juice being "pumped over" daily for a gentle extraction of color and flavors.
