Cinnamon Creamed Honey beeswax bottle candle infused with home grown hopsThis creamed honey has a smooth, spreadable texture and a delicious flavour with its sweetness and warming spiciness. It is made with raw summer blossom honey from my hives near the Ellice swamp, blended with organic true cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum Cinnamomum zeylanicum). True cinnamon is also known as sweet cinnamon, Xi Lan Rou Gui, Ceylon, or Zeylonicum cinnamon. It has a more subtle, delicate, and less sweet flavor than Cassia cinnamon.
