Lot 017 - Antique 19th Century Traveling Apothecary Kit In Leather-Wrapped Wood Box Stamped “Hoff's Patent, March 27, 1883,” With 20+ Glass Medicine Bottles And Internal Till, 9" H 2886 faint creasesAntique 19th century traveling apothecary kit housed in a leather wrapped wood box stamped on the lid Hoff's Patent, March 27, 1883. Includes over twenty glass medicine bottles: eighteen cylindrical vials with stoppers and two larger square bottles. Additional assorted bottles and vials are located beneath the internal till but are not included in the primary bottle count. The till shows an old repair using modern glue and later wood cut to fit.
