Our win conditions aren't flashy nor are they quick but they get the job done Karn, the Great Creator isn't really what wins on its own but it definitely tutors things that can limit the opponent's ability to play Magic against you

If Humble Defector isn't on the battlefield as its ability resolves, but the target player is still a legal target, the ability will resolve

But in return you get a creature with Flying (so it cant be blocked by creatures unless they also fly or have special abilities), and whenever it deals damage to your opponent you get to cast a spell for free
