I can easily see a Thoughtseize deck using Chalice of the Void to similar effect

Force of Necromancy - I personally don't love this

Gates is very much a five-color strategy, and while Nine-Fingers Keene is great in those decks, it should not itself be a commander

If you really want some of the bits and pieces from this deck to build another deck, or if you really want an Encanto deck and plan on using this starter deck as the basis for it, then it could be a good choice
