2021 Vineland Cabernet grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper Re-tasted March 4This is a fresh, crushable blend of Cab Franc and Cab Sauv with a year spent in neutral barrels before release. This almost half split Cabernet captures the essence of the Niagara Escarpment in a vintage where lots of hard work had to be done in the vineyards. Loaded with concentrated red currant, ripe raspberry and black cherry up front, followed by lovely hints of vanilla, licorice and crushed rose petals on the nose. It is as lively as it is
