we’ve aimed to immortalise that in a beer
juicy (like an IPA) assertive beer (with IBU's like a WCIPA) that finishes clean and crisp (like a lager)
This Oat Cream IPA is bursting with the luscious flavours of coconut
before heading south to Mornington where the brew began
A whopping malt bill (we're talking eight different malts) gives layers of roasted and sweet characteristics
Birds Aren't Real - Experimental Hop DDH Pale Ale Size:Single Can we’ve aimed to immortalise thatLet us introduce our latest DDH Pale Ale. In a rare move for us, we made this a single hopped beer using experimental New Zealand hop NZH 102. It is a pure expression of mandarin, mango, lime and melon on a smooth, light body with a dry, moreish finish. It's the first time we've used this hop and we all agree, it's a ripper. You know what else we all agree on? Birds are, in fact, not real. They are surveillance drones designed to watch our every move.
