Hes one of the strongest mono-blue commanders available (even if youre on a budget), but can also be built to be a lot more casual and fun

Most of the power of this deck is in three- and four-drops, in two-drops that are better if activated immediately for a mana and so virtual three-drops, and in just deploying a bunch of colorless permanents as fast as possible

She's an Aristocrats payoff but honestly is strongest if you ditch the Vampire theme and just focus on an Aristocrats / Lifegain theme

Might be worth saving your bottle caps, but maybe you'll get lucky and find one
