Similar to the "B.E.S." deck I posted a while ago, "U.A.s" are not really in need of summoning any of those cards, but it is nice to have the option instead of leaving the Extra Deck empty (which would be a bad choice anyway due to "Pot of Extravagance")
On the other hand, Reserved List cards from later sets that are expensive mostly because of their playability, rather than their collectibility, would doubtlessly drop in price, perhaps by quite a bit
Fire Non-Evolving Notables Card I have to justify: Latias from EX Holon Phantoms (#11) Card that needs a bit more love: Moltres from Fossil (#12) Card that needs to be in every Cube: Victini from Noble Victories (#14) Every time that we go to look at the Cube and decide what needs to be adjusted, we always seem to be coming back to Latias from EX Holon Phantoms (#11)
With suggestions the next Pokmon Pocket expansion is a while away yet, more Promo A Cards could be added later on
