Neat this is rich and intense, with chocolate, peanut brittle, dried figs, jaffa cake and a thickly textured mouthfeel. Adding water brings a zesty fruitiness into the foreground (orange cake, grapefruit jam, apple pie), with the richer caramel and nutty notes returning in the finish.
