One thing I am rather certain is that your opponent will be surprised when you play this on his attack step to kill off his Animated Su-Chis or worse
Sure, you have to invest some mana and probably wait a turn, but you can make some sweet deals to get rid of problematic permanents
Rather than include alternate reanimation targets in the sideboard, this sideboard is entirely cards that dont rely on the graveyard, so you can focus on your Ephemerate value creature plan while having discard and Prismatic Ending / Skyclave Apparition to fight against graveyard hate
While this dark version of Espeon doesn't quite reach the unbelievable heights that the Esepon Star from Pop Series 5 can, it is a worthy replacement, considering that the alternative doesn't have a market price
