I dont think this card is outrageously strong, but it does provide a mechanic I enjoy, just like Rod of Absorption, Wand of Wonder, and Chaos Wand before it

Having a copy of something scary and forcing it out of blocking range and into the red zone is a great way to win a game

He is a judge, has a lifetime of experience playing Magic, and does a great job policing the board until he draws into a win

Map tokens are not quite as strong as Treasure tokens, particularly in Commander, but I think they will still surprise plenty of people with how much they can impact a game

Heck, Wizards reused the mechanic in Battle for Baldurs Gate on cards like Ghost Lantern and Ettercap for that exact reason
