2025 Dr. Edge Tasmania 'Gamay' (750ml) 5L - 2024 Dr EdgeDr Edge Gamay is a 100% whole cluster fermented Derwent Valley Gamay. Left on skins and rachis for 15 days and pressed to steel tanks to finish ferment, it eventually made its way to seasoned oak for a 9 month elevage. This wine is heavier than my Pinot Meunier but lighter than a Pinot Noir.
