I don't think this damage potential is worth running Charging Tuskodon, even in Dinosaur Tribal, but it's still neat

While the engine at the heart of the deck was Cadaverous Bloom it would not have been even remotely competitive without Squandered Resources, as banning this card proved

Until we get more quality Dwarf cards and more quality Vehicle cards, Id definitely consider this to be relatively low-powered and a fun choice for a casual game
