Its both the enabler and the payoff in one card, something I am always wary of seeing
cards, the value of Shifting Shadows depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Structure Deck: Invincible Fortress)
Going back a ways for this colorless draw card, it's land from the Cephalid Coliseum Odyssey expansion of Magic: The Gathering
